How do I get started with Ovvee?

Create a free account on ovvee.com, follow the onboarding wizard to set up your store, add products, and go live — no credit card required during the trial.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. You can connect any custom domain to your Ovvee store from the admin panel under Design & Content → Domain.

Which payment gateways are supported?

Ovvee integrates with Razorpay, Stripe, and Cash on Delivery. More gateways are being added regularly.

What types of businesses can use Ovvee?

Ovvee supports ecommerce stores, restaurants, service businesses (salons, clinics, tutors), and more — all from one platform.

How is Ovvee different from Shopify?

Ovvee is built for the Indian market — supporting INR, Razorpay, GST invoicing, and COD out of the box. It also covers restaurants and services, not just ecommerce.

Can I manage multiple stores?

Yes. Agencies and brands with multiple verticals can run multiple storefronts from a single Ovvee account.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow OWASP security standards and conduct regular security audits.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You retain access until the end of your billing period. Your data is safely stored for 90 days after cancellation.
