OVVEE Platform Subscription — Refund Policy


This policy governs refunds for OVVEE platform subscription fees paid by merchants. It does not govern refund policies of individual merchant stores (those are set by the merchant).


Free Trial


All OVVEE subscription plans include a free trial period. No payment is required during the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial without any charge.


Paid Subscriptions


  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced, except in cases of verified billing errors.
  • If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to all platform features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial or pro-rated refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period.
  • Downgrading your plan mid-cycle does not entitle you to a refund for the difference; the lower plan takes effect from the next billing cycle.

  • Billing Errors


    If you believe you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, charge after cancellation), contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. Include your registered email address and transaction reference. Verified billing errors will be refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


    Chargebacks


    Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting OVVEE support may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.


    Merchant Store Refunds (Separate Policy)


    OVVEE is a platform provider. Refund and cancellation policies for products sold, bookings made, or services rendered through OVVEE-powered merchant stores are entirely governed by the individual merchant's own refund policy. OVVEE is not a party to transactions between merchants and their customers and is not responsible for merchant-level refunds.


    Applicable business types:

  • Ecommerce stores (Fashion, Electronics, Beauty, etc.) — refund policy set by store owner
  • Restaurant & Food orders — cancellation policy set by restaurant owner
  • Service bookings (Salon, Clinic, etc.) — cancellation/no-show policy set by service provider
  • Informational websites — no transactional activity; not applicable
