Shipping on OVVEE-Powered Stores
OVVEE is a platform provider. The platform provides infrastructure and logistics integrations for Ecommerce merchants. OVVEE does not itself ship, fulfil, or deliver any physical goods.
Applicability by Business Type
Ecommerce Stores (Fashion, Electronics, Beauty, Grocery, Jewellery, Sports, Home & Living, Books & Stationery)
Shipping is applicable and governed by each merchant's own shipping configuration. OVVEE provides integrations with leading courier and logistics partners.
Restaurant & Food (Café, Fine Dining, Cloud Kitchen, etc.)
Delivery (if offered) is managed by the restaurant merchant. OVVEE provides a delivery mode toggle within the restaurant admin panel. Delivery zones, charges, and timelines are set by the merchant.
Service Businesses (Salon, Clinic, Fitness, etc.)
Services are rendered in-person or online. Physical shipping is generally not applicable. Exceptions (e.g., product sales by a salon) are governed by the merchant's own policy.
Informational Websites
No physical goods are transacted. Shipping is not applicable.

If you have a query about shipping, delivery timelines, or a lost shipment for an order placed on an OVVEE-powered store, please contact the merchant directly using the contact details provided on their store. OVVEE cannot intervene in merchant-level delivery disputes.
